Most of our home decor and furniture items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, THQ ships to all 50 states within the US and select provinces in Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support global shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all THQ furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
